Or even better: RAW+JPEG. For each shot you will have two files: a RAW file (the real picture, to be developed), and a JPEG for quick visualisation purposes.
if you are going to edit and save your image several times. (each time you save the image it will be re-compressed, which may cause degradation of the image on the long term.)

- For internet you will rescale the image to a smaller size. -For printing you will target a dpi as demanded by the printer. - Consider using the Google Webp format for your pages to be faster.
